deknot.me is a mat-based bodywork practice rooted in Thai and Japanese techniques — adapted for modern bodies.
Each session blends deep tissue pressure, myofascial release, and assisted stretching to restore mobility and hydration to your fascia.
The work is done fully clothed, on a floor mat, using movement rather than oil. It feels part massage, part stretch, part reset.

Slow Down & Check In
Begin with a cup of tea and a short check-in. We talk through how you’re feeling — physically and mentally — so the session is shaped to what you need that day.

No fixed routine. Expect a mix of targeted massage, deep focus work, and guided stretching — adjusted to your preferences, tension spots, and movement goals.
Move & Reset
Sessions are mat-based and fully clothed. We use assisted movement and compression to help your joints and fascia move more freely, so you feel lighter and looser after each session.
No Rush
There’s always a buffer between sessions — so you never need to rush. Arrive early? Enjoy some extra time to relax and settle in, and a little more time for your session.
